J.A. Nel & Associates commenced operations on the South Coast of Kwa-Zulu Natal on 1 July 2003 and on the North Coast on 1 February 2008. Principal, J. A. Nel, has 32 years consulting- and 6 years construction experience (roads and township services and building projects). Since 2003 the company was involved in the design and supervision of more than 3100 projects which include multi-storey blocks of flats, double storey houses, commercial- and industrial developments, township services, urban- and rural water supply projects, urban and rural roads and low-cost housing projects.
